    This type of conveyor uses a rotating helical screw blade (Flights) to move the oil or food material from point A to point B. They can be positioned both horizontally and at a slight incline to increase the efficiency of the conveyor. The basic design of screw conveyor consists of a tube containing either a spiral blade coiled around a shaft, driven at one end and held at the other, or a "shaftless spiral", driven at one end and free at the other.

  • Pneumatical Conveying System

    The main function of pneumatic conveying system is to move the bulk goods, which includes, powders, granules, flakes and other dry bulk solids materials, through enclosed convey lines utilizing air, which is typically generated from a fan or blower. To transport the material from one point to another this system requires a pressure difference between the beginning and the end of the pipeline, to overcome this pressure difference, conveying blowers or compressors are used. The pressure difference to be applied depends on the length of the conveyor, The layout of the conveying line and on concentration of the bulk material in the conveying line.

  • Horizontal motion conveyor

    The operating principle behind the horizontal motion conveyor is simple and efficient, It Includes a smooth forward horizontal motion with the help of vibrators. The food products or the Material moves ahead through sliding action rather than the conventional lift and pitch action of other conveyors. The fragile products will be conveyed without fear of breakage and the powder-coated product will arrive with coating intact. There will be no bouncing and vertical impact with the vibrator conveyor.

    Conveyor lengths and widths are available to suit application requirements. All pans are stainless steel with various screens, coatings and surface finishes. Conveying speed may be adjusted as per the output required and the capacity of the conveyor.

  • Electromagnetic vibratory feeder

    The electromagnetic vibratory feeder consists of a tray and a body housing the electromagnet. The tray which is connected to the armature of the magnet vibrates as the magnet gets energised. The material moves with the help of vibration. The electromagnetic vibratory feeder gives a very high feed rate, By Controlling of vibration gives the controlled flow of the material, In addition to that These conveyors have no electric losses and have no maintenance need, As there is no rotating parts Involved, The body housing the electromagnet is made in totally enclosed design to prevent dusting.

Electromagnetic vibratory feeders can be supplied from few grams to 100 tons per hour capacity or more. They can also handle slightly wet material. They are capable of feeding a wide variety of bulk material or parts, from storage hoppers or silos to belt conveyors, mills, dryers, mixers, crushers, weighing hoppers or screens, etc.
