Who we are
SM Food engineering private limited is a newly incorporated company in order to cater the demand of the growing snacks food processing market globally. SM Food engineering is founded by some of the sharpest brains and conglomerate of the Indian Food Industry.
At present the company is managed by a team of young dedicated engineers having a combined experience of more than 60 years in the snacks food engineering field. Presently we are working with the world class software with an aim to provide the state-of-the-art plant and equipment to snacks food industry.
Right now, the company is in the nascent stage and have a team of around 20 people. In objective to provide top class, reliable and state of the art solution to our customers.
The company has already acquired sizeable piece of land in the vicinity of Indore and is planning to have its own fabrication shop to assist the industry in the best manner possible.
SM Food Engineering Private Limited has the capabilities to execute a green field project right from the farm up to the packets.
Presently, we have the following departments under it fold to achieve its objective.
Drawing and Designing department (Equipped with world class software such as Solid Works, PDM, SAP and more)
Fabrication Facility under construction, which will be completed by August 2020. (Right now we are using a very good contract manufacturing facility in the vicinity of Indore)

Vinod Dodia
Aged 49 years, S/o. Mr. Gopi Kishna Dodia is BE (From GEC, Rewa), MBA (IMS, DAVV) having total 27 years of Experience out of which 10 years in major Snack Food Processing industries such as Bikaji, Wai Wai Noodles etc, and 17 years of experience in leading Snack food processing machinery manufacturing companies in various capacity. Having process experience gives better edge in Food Equipment designing.
Vinod Dodia worked as Head of sales for a period of 10 Yrs. He was instrumental in providing a Philip to the flavorite equipment sales single handily. During a period of 10 Yrs. of his tenure, the sales zoomed.Presently Vinod Dodia is on the boards of directors of the company and in-charge of the sales and operations of the company.
Rahul Sharma
At a very young age Mr. Rahul Sharma has achieved a lot of milestones, He has been an Entrepreneur, design engineer and also a Food Process engineering specialist. He has worked on several design projects and is also leading the design team of SM Food Engineering Private Limited. He has range of experience in pro-e, unigraphics, catia v5, inventor, solid works, auto cad and draft sight. With the technical experience he also expertise in administrative processes and has salient leadership and innovative skills.
